Good morning. Not looking forward to MMWI...don't know that it will look good. I haven't been bad, but haven't been really good the last few days.

Having a plan and sticking to it is a struggle for me on the weekends, I eat out more and don't always no where we will be going. Going to painting with a twist this afternoon so will make those snacks my lunch.
Here is what I think my plan will be today
B: Breakfast taco / potatoes
L: Snack food (wasa crackers, cheese and pecan mini muffins)
D: Spaghetti
64 oz of water
