Good morning!  I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend so far!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  Elliptical
B: click coconut mocha frap
L: Tilapia
D: Eating out somewhere after piano recital
Snacks:  Frozen Lime fruit bar

Good morning. Not looking forward to MMWI...don't know that it will look good. I haven't been bad, but haven't been really good the last few days.

Don't have a total plan yet. Here's what I have:

B protein latte
S mcD's sf vanilla iced coffee
L eating out
D not sure...maybe grilled fish tacos
S Greek yogurt

Will exercise this afternoon

Good morning, 

Having a plan and sticking to it is a struggle for me on the weekends, I eat out more and don't always no where we will be going.  Going to painting with a twist this afternoon so will make those snacks my lunch.

Here is what I think my plan will be today

B: Breakfast taco / potatoes
L: Snack food (wasa crackers, cheese and pecan mini muffins)
D: Spaghetti
64 oz of water
