Good morning... looks like it's going to be a beautiful weekend!!!  Hoping to get outside with the family to enjoy it!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Exercise: Elliptical
B: click coconut mocha frap
L:  Seafood salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: tilapia and veggie
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss bar,

Good afternoon,

Don't really have a food plan for today and I have already went out for a late breakfast

B: 1/2 pancake, sausage, bacon and egg
Make good food choices for the reminder of the day
Watch the snacking
64 oz of water
Take vitamins
Exercise: either walk dogs and DVD
