My Goodness so many new faces

It has been ages since I have been here & looked at post.  I see very few familiar faces anymore!  My best wishes are sent to all you newbies on your success since your surgeries!  I am going on 9 years & still doing well.  My advice to anyone is to stay on a healthy eating pattern for life.  I would love to hear from some of my old friends!  Take care!
