Good morning. Here is my plan. Having issues STICKING to my plan in the late evening.
B protein latte
S sf vanilla iced coffee
L cream of Poblano soup with chicken
D not sure...Ben will be home
S low cal and protein. Found Lower calorie Quaker oats rice cake/ chips at walmart...very tasty! Cheese flavor, chocolate, sweet chili...yum. Can add meat or cheese for hi protein.

B: Ham and cheese omelet . toast
L: Tilapia / corn
D: Out with friends - will probably have chicken taco
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 snack

Sn: We have popcorn Fridays in the office..........since I've stayed out of the candy dishes this week AT WORK - I'm gonna have some popcorn..........
Lunch: Don't have a clue...........aiming for a salad at one of the local deli's in the building
Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice - sharing with Amanda at 2nd job....
Snack: If needed - yogart......? I'm really abusing this eating right before I go to bed - in car as usual - gotta break this habit and just say no !!
