Good morning!  I'm so happy to see the weekend almost here as it's been along week!!!!  Didn't sleep very well last night and on top of that I've got an early meeting with new boss!!  Hoping this transition doesn't kill me!!!  Working for 2 bosses right now it putting my "stress eating" in overdrive!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Greek yogurt
L: Chili
D: tilapia
Snacks: pop chips, BB peach bar

Already did elliptical



B protein latte, then sf vanilla homemade iced coffee

L cream of Poblano soup with chicken

D scrambled eggs with lt cream cheese and salmon

S Greek yogurt

My plan for today

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast
L: Taco casserole
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices, snack pack of some sort
64 oz of water
