Hi Ladies,

Scale is not looking good this morning.  I've been off track and letting old behaviors sneak back in to my WLS lifestyle.  It's time to dust myself off and get back on the saddle again.

Today was good.  Stuck to my meal plan, exercised and on an OA meeting. I even forced myself to write down all my food/vitamins/water & exercise. I find that I can be rebellious when it comes to logging my food & activity.  It's like a kid that doesn't want to take their medicine even though they know it will help make them better.  I KNOW this is a tool I need, but I still find myself avoiding it.  I guess, this is what they mean when I hear: obesity is a disease of the mind.

Grateful for my WLS,
Lisa
