Good morning!!!  I can smell the weekend!!!  So what are  your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Exercise: 3 miles
B: Believe RTD or greek yogurt
L: poblano soup
D: BBQ tilapia
Snacks: popchips, SF pudding or jello, 100cal swissmiss bar

Thank heavens Friday got here. Here is my plan:

Already did elliptical and will walk 1 mile at lunch.

B protein latte
L light tuna salad and crackers
D gumbo
S Greek yogurt and fruit

Took vits and supplements.

Good Morning Ladies,

Up to a slow start this morning.  The San Antonio Trip has me out of whack, and I've been struggling to "stay on track" with exercise and meal plans this entire week. 

I sure am glad it's Friday.  I need some time to myself for some R&R, and basically to regroup.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- More water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- A good movie, maybe red-box a drama
