Good morning!!!  Going to try my hand and liquids/soft foods for a few days.  Not sure I have the umph to do it but going to give it a try!!!  Need to decarb my system!!! So what are your plans for today?

Exercise: treadmill
B: Believe RTD
L: Oh Yeah RTD
D: poblano soup
Snacks: SF jello or pudding, greek yogurt

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tiplia / veggie
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Frozen banana slice / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD
