Good morning!  Seems like the week is flying by...not sure if that's a good thing or not!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan: Treadmill

B: greek yogurt
L: Seafood salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: fish and small salad
Snacks: 100 cal RS bar, SF pudding, 100 cal fudge bar

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

B protein latte
S lt homemade sf iced coffee
L lt tuna salad and 2 crackers
D Mexican casserole and ff refried beans
S something protein

Already did elliptical

Will get in about 100 oz of liquids

Yes, I agree, the week does seem to be flying by.  Things at the office have been CRAZY and I haven't even mailed my mom's mothers day card.  BAD, Lisa.  - Procrastination is a killer!

- Connect w/ HP 
- Take all my vitamins
- Up my water intake
- Exercise (done)
- OA Meeting (done)
- Healthy Food Choices / Planned Eating
- Review Fam. Budget
- Pay Bills
- Fun time w/ my baby, Vivian
