Good morning!!!  Chilly out there this morning!!  Hope the rain holds off as we have 500 students going to the zoo today!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Exercise: 3-5 miles
B: greek yogurt
L: sushi
D: mahi mahi
Snacks:  100 cal bar, SF pudding, BB fruit bar

Good Morning Gals,

So glad today is a new day.  I was a complete & total food mess yesterday.  My scale does not look good this morning.

Today is a new day and I'm so grateful that I get to start over.  Already made to The Y this morning so that's always a good way to start my day.

The plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- More water
- Healthy food choices
- OA meeting
- Play time w/ Ms. Vivian

Good morning ladies!  At a seminar till tomorrow, then it's back to work... Paige, I doubt it's gonna really rain, tit's just a teaser!!

B: thinking about scrambling up a couple of eggs
L: boxed sandwich lunch, I'm sure
S: something out of the boxed lunch that I didn't eat at lunch
D: Got an OTC event at Morton's Steakhouse and it's usually very good stuff so we'll see

It's back to my normal routine after a 4 day weekend

My plan for today

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast
L: Chicken / veggie
D: Steak / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snack

64 oz of water
