Good morning!!  I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and is ready for the week to begin!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one.

Plan:
Exercise.... probably not today
B: greek yogurt
L: poblano soup
D:  eating out at Pappas tonight
Snacks: SF pudding or jello

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  I went on a "weekend get-away" with hubby and friends and had a blast in San Antonio.  Got on the scale this morning and now I have evidence that I had way too much fun.

So  today's master plan:
- Prayer / Connect w/ my HP
- Vitamins
- Water
- Healthy food/PLANNED eating
- Exercise
- Play time w/ Vivian

Mondays suck, but at least we only have 3 more until summer.  Woo hoo!!

I had a handful of jelly beans today.  I need to toss the rest of the Easter candy so I don't eat it.  Bleh!!
