Good morning!!  Running a bit late this morning so I will make this quick!!!  What are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

L: seafood salad and crackers
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: SF pudding and BB fruit bar

Good morning. Yesterday was ot my best eating day since felt bad. Got to tighten the belt today!

My plan:

Rode bike for 30 minutes already
Took vits and supplements but calcium

B protein latte
S click
L cream cheese chicken
D baked fish and quinoa with veggies
D yogurt or cottage cheese

Yesterday was a food disaster for me.  I was a total mess.  I'm so grateful that I get to start over today.  

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots & Lots of water
- Healthy Food Choices/Planned eating
- Walk @ the park
- Catch up on SLEEP

Good morning,

I got a little off plan last night at dinner but wasn't too bad and I didn't exercise.   I must stick to plan today as my girl trip starts tomorrow and that means dinner out for the next 4 days.


My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Leftover Taco casserole
D: Chicken / veggie / potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD
