Good morning!  It's TAKS day at work so it will be a busy one!  Praying that our students do well!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

.B: Breakfast Taco
S: Cheese stick
L: Shrimp salad and 2 multigrain crackers
S:SF pudding
D: parm tilapia and half a sweet potato
S:  BB fruit bar

S: Cottage Cheese w/fruit
L: Salad or grilled veggies(broccoli, squash, zucchini, tomato, onion, serrano peppers and shrimp)
S: SF pudding or watermelon
D: Morning Star Veggie burger

Good morning! Here is my plan for today:

Already rode bike for 30 minutes. Will walk a mile at lunch.
Took vits and supplements except calcium.

B protein latte
L 250 calorie pizza and pudding cup
D baked fish or pork tenderloin and veggie
S Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

Good morning ladies!  Today is month end close for us soooo it's probably gonna be a long day...  By the looks of my menu today, I think I'm overloading on protein!  Oh well, I'm on  mission to drop at least 5 lbs by next week so I have some wiggle room in one of my favorite dresses.  Thought OTC was at the end of the month but it's next week :(

B: vanilla protein shake w/ frozen tropical fruit blended
S: slice of leftover ham/cheese
L: hamburger meat w/ cheese
S: slice of leftover ham/w cheese
D: chocolate protein shake

Good Morning Ladies,

Looks like everyone is up and posting this morning. Love it!

Tuesday is off to a good start, already made it to The Y for my work out. I've walked the dog, balanced the check book and I'm ready to head out to work.

Today's Plan:
- Exercise (done)
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins (1/2 done)
- Lots of water
- OA meeting
- Healthy Food Choices/Planned Eating
- Productive day at work
- Tea Party or Puzzle time w/ Ms. Vivian this evening
