Good morning!  Another TAKS day for me today!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it  a good one!

B:egg casserole and fruit
L: crackers and seafood salad
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

Did elliptical already and will do one mile around school at lunch.

D pork tenderloin and quinoa with veggies in it

Good morning ladies!  Had a long day yesterday since it was month end and didn't make it home till around 8:30.  Hopefully, the day will not repeat itself.....EVER..LOL!

B: protein shake w/ strawberries
S: brown cow yogurt
L: taco salad
D: hamburger night so I'll make a burger wrap w/ lettuce, no bread

Coffee(SF Hazelnut syrup, creamer and Splenda)
Crystal Light and water--- Beverage of the day

B: Oatmeal
S: Yogurt or Cottage Cheese or watermelon
L: PB& J sandwich w/ 100 cal snack as a side
S: Watermelon
D: Sauteed veggies(broccoli, squash, zucchini, shrimp, carrots, serrano pepper, and onions

Good morning ladies,

My plan for today,

- Weight & measure my food for a visual reminder of what a 1/4 and 1/2 cup serving looks like.  
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: leftover taco casserole
D: Steak / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices drizzled with SF caramel / 100 - 200 cal snack
- 64 oz of water
- Exercise: DVD
