Good morning!  It's back to work for me after a much needed long weekend!!!  My fill seems to be working as I am down 2.5lbs since last Tuesday!!!  Of course if I had stayed out of the Easter candy the past few days it might have been better!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Exercise: treadmill
B: Believe RTD
S: Cheese stick
L: Shrimp salad and 2 multigrain crackers
S:SF pudding
D: parm tilapia and half a sweet potato
S:  BB fruit bar

Good Morning Ladies,

Had a great weekend with family and friends too.  Scale does not look good this morning.  Too much food everywhere!!  

Anyhow, today's plan is simple, back to basics!

- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots & lots of water
- Healthy food choices/planned eating
- Exercise
