Good morning! Looks like my fill I got this week is working so far! I'm down 2lbs already but I think I probably need to get just a little more put in!! So what are you plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Snacks: Swiss Miss 100cal fudge bar

100 + oz liquids
Chuys green dip and chips
Boiled crawfish plus one small tator and corn on the cob
Desserts
I will exercise to counteract the effects of food!
