Daily Plate Friday

Good morning!  I know not everyone has today off but to those who do... ENJOY IT!  I know I will!!  Yes I'm up at the crack of dawn thanks to hubby and my internal alarm clock!  Going to make my daily posts and then get on the Elliptical while the house is quiet!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is your so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  Elliptical in the am and treadmill in the pm
B: 3 mini quiche
L: cream of poblano soup
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: BB fruit bar, pop chips

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: leftover taco casserole
D: Dinner out  - probably chicken something
64 oz of water

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

3 mile walk/run at the park

Took vits and supplements

B protein latte
S small sf vanilla iced coffee since I have a coupon for free one
L chef salad with WF dressing
D pinto beans and crawfish cornbread

Drink 100-120 oz liquids during the day
