Good morning... today is going to be a rough one for me but will get through it!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan: 
Exercise: 3 miles on treadmill
B: protein shake
L: cream of poblano soup
D: tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

Good morning everyone. Here is my plan for today. Weight is looking better already. I have my Biggest Loser weigh in and will probably be up a lb from the last one. Next week will be better!

Already exercised

Will have at least 100 oz liquids

B protein latte
L beef enchilada soup
D chef salad or fish and veggie
S cottage cheese or lt yogurt

D: 3oz of protein / veggie / mashed potatoes
64 oz. of water
Exercise DVD: 25 minute section

Off to a good start already.  Made it to the gym and posting on OH.

- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of water
- Healthy food choices / planned eating
- PM - errands w/ family
