Good morning!!  Very anxious about what today will bring but will make the most of it regardless.  Went to my new doctor yesterday and liked him.  He gave me a fill and I can tell a big difference.  It's like having my best friend back!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Cream of Poblano soup with chicken
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  WW ice cream bar

Already did elliptical this morning and took vits and supplements

B protein latte
L chili with cheese
D baked fish and sweet potatoes
S Greek yogurt

- Healthy food choices / planned eating

- Sleep, must get to bed early tonight - I'm tired & that makes me graze.

L: Grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese / leftover potato's
D: Something with ground beef
