Daily Plate Monday

Good morning!!  This is the beginning of either a difficult week or a fabulous one... I will know tomorrow!!!  Had a wonderful weekend and I've got the sunburn to prove it...OUCH!  Have an appointment this morning with my new (hopefully) WLS doctor and I'm praying for a fill!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:   Since I'm getting a fill today it's liquids for me!!!

Good morning Paige!  Trying to get an early start on this b4 my day begins.

B: Just made me a vanilla protein shake with strawberries mixed in
S: banana
L: leftover chicken taco salad
S: brown cow yogurt
D: pork chops/veggies

I just bought some Brown Cow yogurt yesterday... love that stuff!

I use the individual frozen tilapia and just spray it with either I can't believe it's not butter or olive oil spray and then sprinkle it with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasonings and stick in the oven.

I did try a recipe for Parmesan Crusted Tilapia I found on the the internet a couple of weeks ago that was pretty good, even my DH liked it.  I wasn't smart enough to book mark it but I believe this is the recipe.

If you have any good recipes for tilipia let me know,  I  just bought a big box so I will probably be eating it often.

I have GOT to start planning and doing something about my out of control habits and eating lately -  I guess I just haven't cared for the past 6 weeks and the biotch in the box is talking. 
Here is my plan for today...  I REALLY NEED A SHARP POINTED STICK AND HAVE CO-WORKERS HELPING ME.................

B - um  -coffee -  I fell off the plan already - but i'm back on the horse with straps on this time ...


Lunch:  boneless pork rib cooked in cr of mushroom and garlic....very tender...:) 
Some sort of excercise - walking stairs or bike or treadmill at workout center.  Need to do something else during lunches instead of concentrating on EATING  like i've been afraid of missing out on a meal............ 

Dinner:  Left over  hamb helper - stroganaff.  :)    It was sooooo good last night....

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

I know it's so easy to get off track but even harder to get back on!!!  You can do it Phyllis!  Making a plan is the first step in the right direction!
