Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles at the park
B: protein drink
L: Quinoa burger with Tzatziki sauce
D: BBQ Tilapia
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

Good Morning TMB,

It's a beautiful Spring morning in Houston, TX.  No much of a plan for today, so far, but I know I want the day to be low key.  I had a busy day yesterday.  Hosted a party/BBQ for my husbands Tennis team.  It was a very busy Saturday, and I could tell I was grazing during the evening.  I do that when I get too tired and/or stressed about things.  Either way, we had a great turn out and everyone had a good time.

Today's Master Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Clean house
- Healthy food choices
- R & R

Good Evening ladies!  Been so busy in the yard today.  Made a few trips to Home Depot & Lowes(prefer the flowers at Lowe's).  Getting the yard together for an Easter celebration at our house! 

B: hubs made eggs, bacon & toast
L: taco salad
S: banana
D: Church's chicken(1 drumstick & okra)
