Good morning!!  It's Friday and that's a good thing!  I've got a long day today as we have an event tonight at work that I have to be at but maybe I can sneak in my office and get some work done!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
B: Mini Quiche bites
L: Quinoa burger with Tzatziki sauce
D: Poblano soup??  if I have time to go get it otherwise I'm not sure since I will be at work
S: Popchips, SF pudding

Good morning Paige!  I love the mini quiche bites from Sam's, not sure if you make yours but the frozen ones are pretty darn good!  Today we have a blood drive at work for a coworker's daughter that has colon cancer(she's 24) and just made her 1 year wedding anniversary.  I've never given blood and I'm feeling a bit nervous for some reason!

B: chorizo n egg
S: banana
L: chicken salad(Luby's)
D: thinking Chinese food tonight!

Nope mine are from Sams too!!!!  I love them and they are just the right size!  That's terrible about your coworkers daughter!!  So young!

Good Morning Ladies,

Yay!! We made it to Friday.  

Today is a new day and I'm feeling great.  Made it to The Y and had a great workout.  Recently purchased a new iPod nano and I'm in love.  

Today' Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices / Planned Eating
- A good movie, drama, maybe...

L: The left over spaghetti I didn't end up eating yesterday
D: Probably Mexican food -
