Good morning!!!  I think I can almost see the weekend!!!!  Hope everyone has been having a great week and staying on plan!!  So what is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill
B: either oatmeal or Believe RTD
L: mini quiche bites
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: popchips, SF pudding, WW ice cream cone

Not feeling so hot today...had some SF ice cream last night that didn't sit too well...I may have to give up my ice cream

Breakfast - apple and cheese
Lunch - Parmesan Tuna Patties with tartar sauce
Dinner - ??
Snack - SF pudding and yogurt

Will take the dogs for a walk after work and will spend some time in the yard.

There is a product that is like ice cream called Arctic Zero. It is gluten free, lactose intollerant friendly, The whole pint is only 150 calories, a serving size is 1/2 cup which has 37 cal, 6 g sugar and 4g protein. I have the chocolate peanut butter but it comes in about 6 other flavors. I get it at Sprouts. You can also buy in on the internet!

Good Morning All,

Had a hard time getting out of bed this morning.  Didn't make it to the gym and I'm dragging. It's on of those mornings...

- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices & Planned Eating
- Walk at the park
