Good morning!  Hope everyone's week is getting off to a good start!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3 miles on the treadmill
B: special K
L: chicken salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: Teriyaki chicken and veggie
S: popchips, SF jello, BB peach bar

Getting back to my normal routine

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet /toast
L: Chicken / Rice
D: steak / veggie / potatoes
S: 100 snacks 

64 oz of water
exercise
