Good morning!  Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to start the week!!  I've got a nervous tummy this morning... part 2 of a big interview this morning around 9!!  Will be glad to be done with the process!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  treadmill
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken salad/2 multigrain crackers
D: mahi mahi and sweet pepper sauce
Snacks: pop chips, bb peach bar, SF jello or pudding

Good morning. Hereis my plan for today:

Already exercised this morning.

Took vits and supplements

B protein latte
L mc ds sf vanilla iced coffee...doubt I'll get anything else...maybe a handful of trail mix

D: wherever the geriatric medical group chooses...I do know a fantastic Chinese place in Rice Village...they don't know where anything is.
