Good morning! Bundle of nerves this morning... can't even think about food right now!! Not sure of my plan. Might just make it a liquids kind of day today as I could use one of those about now!! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

D quinoa and chicken
S yogurt
I WILL NOT touch the trail mix today!

Good morning, so far, already made to The Y. This seem to be the best thing for me. I just don't do evening exercise as well.
Anyhow today's plan:

- Vitamins
- Water
- Healthy Food choices/Planned eating
- Play time with Ms. Vivian (maybe at the park)
