Good morning everyone!!  Another chilly morning but looks like it will be a beautiful day!!  I love this time of year!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it  a good one!

Plan:  3-5 miles treadmill  tonight
B: Believe RTD
L: Poblano soup
D: tilapia and half a sweet potato
S: ww ice cream cone

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

120 oz. Liquids

B protein latte
L chef salad w WF dressing
D scrambled egg beaters w smoked salmon and cream cheese
S Greek or light yogurt and handful of peanuts

Already rode bike today. Will do crunches after work.

Good Morning Ladies,

Made it to The Y this morning.  That's always a positive start to my day.  I'm dress and ready to head out for work.  Scale looks better & if I stay on track I'll be back at goal by the end of week, I hope.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of Water
- Planned eating
- Tea time w/ Ms. Vivian
