Good morning!!! Up way too early on a Saturday but getting stuff together so we can head out of town for the weekend! Had a great pre-birthday celebration yesterday and ate way too much as we went to the Cheesecake Factory!!! After this weekend I know I am going to have to hit it hard come Monday!!! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

I will be gone all day today out of town. I'm having my protein latte now and have been drinking water already and did my eklliptical for 30 minutes already. I'm having a hamburger patty for dinner. Will have to buy lunch at the festival.
