Good morning. Here is my not well thought out plan:

120 plus oz. Liquids
B protein latte
Lunch something with ground chuck
D fish and veggie

S Greek yogurt

Will do some kind of exercise today. Took vits and supplements already. I hope everything goes down since I swallowed my huge chewable iron...not good!

Good morning,

I don't really have a good plan today as I will be eating out

Early Lunch  @ El Fenix - Chicken Taco's / Sport Nachos
Early Dinner - Not sure yet but will split something with sister/cousin  probably chicken again
S: Frozen banana slices
