Good morning!!  It's Friday and I'm praying it's a quiet day at work!  Looking forward to spending some time with good friends this weekend!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
B: mini quiche bites
L: fish dinner from a local church
D: Mexican food??  Pretty sure we are going out to eat
Snacks: 100 cal RS bar

Dinner - Chicken and rice Pilaf
Snack - string cheese & carrots

Good Morning Ladies,

I'm so happy that it's finally Friday.  This week has seemed sooooo long.  My husband, Mike, gets back from CT tomorrow.  I can not wait.  It's been lonely in the Martinez household.

The scale looks better today.  I've had to re-prioritize a few things to help me with my eating.  Mike has been very supportive and I am sooo very grateful.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Water
- Healthy/Planned Eating
- OA Meeting
- A good movie
