Daily Plate Thursday
Good morning!!! I'm so glad that many of you find this thread beneficial... I know it helps me when I start each day with a plan!! I may not follow it exactly, but I know without my "blueprint" I'd be totally off track for the day!! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

D: tilapia and veggie
Snacks: SF pudding, WW ice cream cone

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
I don't have much of a blueprint today. I had a protein latte, 3 cups of water, a tiny treat at SBUX and I'm drinking a vent skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte right now. I have more water to drink after that. Hopefully we will get lunch somewhere depending on how moms heart cath turns out. I have some dry roasted peanuts, me logs pop chips and an ostrich stick packed just in case I need it.
