Good morning!!!  I'm so glad that many of you find this thread beneficial... I know it helps me when I start each day with a plan!!  I may not follow it exactly, but I know without my "blueprint" I'd be totally off track for the day!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: mini quiche bites
L: salmon/cream cheese/ 2 multi grain crackers
D: tilapia and veggie
Snacks:  SF pudding, WW ice cream cone

I agree...gotta have a plan!!

Breakfast - Cereal with Milk
Lunch - Chicken with corn and gravy
Dinner - Fish with tartar sauce
Snacks - Carrot Sticks and SF pudding

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tilapia / veggie
D: steak / veggie / potatoes
S: banana / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water

Exercise - 20 min section on DVD

I don't have much of a blueprint today. I had a protein latte, 3 cups of water, a tiny treat at SBUX and I'm drinking a vent skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte right now. I have more water to drink after that. Hopefully we will get lunch somewhere depending on how moms heart cath turns out. I have some dry roasted peanuts, me logs pop chips and an ostrich stick packed just in case I need it.
