Good morning!!!!  Slept great last night until a thunder storm came through around 2am!  Now I'm having a hard time finding my get up and go!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!


Plan:
Exercise:  depends on what time I get home from work
B:  Special K
L:  Tortilla soup
D: fish and veggie
Snacks:  SF pudding, WW ice cream cone

120 or more oz liquids

L Italian beef tortellini soup
D teriyaki chicken broccoli stir fry
S Greek yogurt

Already did elliptical and took vits/ supplements

My plan for today

B: Ham & cheese omelet / toast w/ sf jelly
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / asparagus
D: Tilapia / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water
Exercise DVD - moving to the 20 min section today

Good morning Paige - 

Thank you for always being HERE ..........I know I'm not that faithful and I need to get my butt kicked and Where is that dang Stick of Jodie's when ya need it.............:)

Plan:

B - Saus egg & Ch bisc from McDonalds  (ate 1/2 side of breading ) and only  1/2 of the whole thing...

L - Pan seared (cooked in pan with onions, peppers, etc seasoning) Tilpia - salt & pepper

Dinner:  Um....Atkins Shake?   Not sure......not prepared for this.....but gonna swing by Boston Market and get rotaissrie chicken breast sounds really good w/spinach...

Excercise -  lunch period......at least 30 min....
