Good morning!!!  Wow it's amazing how time flies when your sleeping!!  Sure could use a few more hours of it!  I feel like I'm really dragging this morning....  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: 4 mini quiches
L: Salmon/cream cheese/2 multi grain crackers and SF pudding
S: Russel Stovers 100 cal bar
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
S: WW ice cream bar

Good morning. Here's my plan for today:

120+ oz. Liquids
B protein latte
L chicken salad &2 crackers or Italian beef tortellini soup
D teriyaki chicken broccoli stir fry
S leftover low fat BLT dip and some Special K sea salt chips

Already rode bike this morning for exercise

Took vits and supplements

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

I was a total mess yesterday.  The scale is not where I want it and I've been in total self-destructive mode.  I need a swift kick in the a**, I think.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer - trust in my HP
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of water (set a 15 min. reminder on my cell)
- Healthy / Planned eat-ting (having major issues w/  grazing)
- OA Meeting
- Exercise
