Good morning and HAPPY WEEKEND!!!  I'm so glad to see the weekend here!  Had a blast at my painting class last night... the instructor was right when she said it's addicting!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  3 miles at the park
B: special K
L: 4 mini quiche bites
D: mahi mahi with sweet pepper sauce
S: WW ice cream cone

Good Morning D.P. Friends,

I'm so grateful Spring is finally upon us.  It's a beautiful morning in Houston.  Princess, my dog, and I have been our for a 2.5 mile walk and I just finished up with cleaning house. (I just love the spell of Pine-Sol in the morning.)

I've have a few errands to run today and a baby shower this afternoon.  I'm praying that I can enjoy the company of friends and family rather than get "lost" in the food.  

Today's Plan:
- Exercise 
- Vitamins
- Errands
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices
- A good movie (drama)
- R & R with hubby

Going for a walk/run at the park and mowing for exercise.
