Good morning!  It's a gloomy day here so I don't know if we will be able to go to the park this morning or not... might just be a treadmill kind of day!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Oh yeah RTD
L: ? might have to grab something while I'm out shopping
D: flounder and small salad
Snacks:ww ice cream cone

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

120 plus oz. Liquids
B protein latte
S sf iced vanilla coffee
L not sure...will do protein
D fish and veggie
S Greek yogurt or skinny cow ice cream bar

Will do park or elliptical or bike this afternoon for exercise

Good Morning All,

It was an early morning for us in the Martinez household.  Hubby had to fly out to CT this morning so I had to drive out to IAH (about 45 min. each way) and back before 9am.

Plan for today:
- Walk at the park w/ Princess - 2.5 miles
- Trip to Grocery Store
- Wedding stuff with my sister, Letty
- A good movie & some down time.
