Good morning!!  So happy to see Friday arrive!!!  Seems like my mind is just spinning at night when I turn off the lights... really need some good sleep time this weekend!!!  Tonight I'm to Painting with a Twist and looking forward to that!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good morning. Have fun at your Painting with a twist class.

Here is my plan:

120 + oz. Liquids
B protein latte
L chef salad with WF ff 0 calorie dressing
D tilapia or gumbo sans rice
S Greek yogurt pudding

Already did elliptical. Hope to walk at park after work. Already took vits/supplements but calcium.
