Good morning!  Hoping that today goes as well as yesterday did!  For a Monday it was a good day!  I'm loving these longer days... I like coming home from work and it's not dark outside!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan: treadmill or elliptical
B: 4 mini quiche bites
L: salmon/cream cheese/2 multigrain crackers
D: tilapia and veggies
S: strawberry short cake (my splurge of the day)

Good morning,

I like daylight savings as well makes the day seem longer.

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Leftovers (tacos)
D: ?????  - Probably something with ground beef
S: 100 - 200 snacks 
64 oz of water

Hi Daily Plate Pals,

It's one of those days.  I'm stuggling to stick to my meal plan, today.  Why?  Who knows?  I did so well yesterday.

Grrrrr....

Plan for today:
- Connect w/ HP
- Up my water
- Make my vitamins
- Exercise 
- Planned Eatting, no grazing
- Sleep
