Good morning!!  It’s back to work for me this morning… not ready to go back but I like to shop and have bills to pay so I guess I’d better go!!!  I had a great Spring Break as I got to spend time with friends and then spent time relaxing at home with my family!  I’m so excited that my kids want to do the C25k so they started yesterday!!  What’s your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

 

My plan…

Exercise: Ellipitcal or 3-5 miles on the treadmill

B:  Believe RTD or 4 mini quiche bites

L: Salmon, Cream Cheese, 2 crackers and tapioca pudding

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce and half a sweet potato

Snacks: ww ice cream cone

Good morning. Back to work routine and thats good thing.

Here's my plan for today:

B. Protein latte
L sour cream chicken
D. Tilapia and salad w WF dressing
S. Protein something

Already did elliptical this morning
Took vits and supplements except calcium

It's good to be back on track!

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tuna / wasa cracker
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Banana slices /  100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water

Good Morning....


Here is my plan for today:  Not much of a plan - but something in the back of the mind - always on my Mind. 

Since I failed to bring breakfast - I utilized what I had in fridge at work:

B  - Turkey & Cheese roll-ups
Lunch:  Tuna and Crackers    -   30 walk or stationary bike...
Snack - beef jerky  -  or ATkins Shake
Dinner:  Not Sure - Chicken of some sort - I'm thinking..

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Breakfast....banana/protein shake
Lunch.............salad and chicken
Dinner..........chicken and veggies
snack.........an orange

walk at least 10,000 steps...already have 5600 !!!
