Good morning!  Yikes my last day of Spring Break!  Not ready to go back to work, but looking forward to getting back to a routine!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan: headed to the park with the kids to run
B: 3 mini quiche bites or a Believe RTD
L: salmon/cream cheese/2 multigrain crackers
D: parm tilapia and sweet pot. fries
S: Skinny cow ice cream cone

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

120 + oz liquids

B:protein latte
L: gumbo with a little potato salad & green salad
D: tilapia or salmon & veggie
S: smallnpiece of pound cake with strawberries

Exercise: elliptical or walk this afternoon

Not sure what I am doing today so don't really have a food plan, skipped breakfast and had an early lunch

Plan for today
- 64 oz of water
- Excercise
- Make good food choices
