Good morning!  My last official day of Spring Break... why does it go by so fast??  Not ready to go back to work on Monday but it sure has been a great week off!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!


Plan
Exercise: Elliptical (30min) or treadmill (3-5miles)
B: 3 mini quiche bites
L: 2 multigrain crackers, whipped cream cheese, salmon
D: poblano soup
Snacks: Skinny cow ice cream cone

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

120 + oz. Liquids
B: protein latte
L: salad with meat
D: chicken sausage on grill & veggie
S: frozen Greek yogurt

Exercise: bike & housecleaning

I'm hoping my
Foot will be ready for the elliptical by tomorrow morning.

Good Morning Ladies,

Time flies...I can't believe spring break week is wrapping up.  Actually, it might be best for me.  My mom is in town and she loves to feed us.  I struggle to stick to my food plan when I have family members around from out of town.

Today's plan:
- Connect w/ HP & surrender
- Vitamins
- Up water intake
- Planned eating
- A movie & dinner w/ hubby
