Daily Plate Tuesday

Thought I would get this started today.

I won the war on snacking yesterday, I am sure I will be battling it again tonight.

Here is my plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast  - Yes
L: Grilled chicken salad  - Yes
D: Pork / mixed veggies / potatoes - Yes plus a roll
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal. snack   - not yet plan to have later
64 oz. of water  - Not yet, probably will only get in about 50 oz
Return and update post with what I actually ate.

Thanks for getting us started today!!!!  I have a doctor's appt. at 11:30 to have my band checked out... so it's probably liquids for me today and then a date with the elliptical later!!!

B: protein shake
S: banana
L: Wendy's spicy chicken salad
S: banana
D: hamburger meat/sour cream/cheese mixture(made sloppy joes for the family but I don't really like them so I just made a meat concoction).
