Daily Plate Monday (so how did you do?)

Good morning!  Getting ready to hit the road and head back to Houston today!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles at the park   ( NOPE )
B: Starbucks mocha light frap    (Had a peppermint mocha latte because it was cold out this morning!!)
L: poblano soup  (Nope... had 2 cheese crisp from Collin Street)
D: Island BBQ Tilapia  (eating it now...YUM!)
Snacks: WW ice cream cone 
(Nope... think I'm going to have a small scoop of frozen yogurt and a few bites of fudge pie from Collin Street)

Good Morning WLS Pals,

I'm back in town.  Today is my last vacation day, but really a day to unpack, clean house, and recover. My daughter's birthday party was huge, and we had a great time. We had a great turn out and lots and lots of kids.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer 
- Vitamins
- Planned eating
- Catch up on emails
- Restock on groceries

S: McD's sf vanilla iced coffee...no wait...guess Paige is telling me SBUX skinny venti decaf CDL...oops!
L: probably liquids
D: who knows...don't know if Ben thawed something out...if he didn't it will probably be baked tilapia and veggie

exercise: probably lots of jaw flapping along the way!

Good morning, Hope everyone had a great weekend. Old habits of late night snacking is coming back; I plan for two snacks a day and lately I have been having 4 -5 a day. I have done no damage on the scale but I need to get this under control before I do. All my snacks are after dinner so maybe I should start going to bed earlier. I am going to follow Karla’s led and come back and post what I actually ate.

My plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast - Yes
L: Chicken breast / asparagus - Yes
D: Steak / mixed veggies / mashes pototoes  - instead of mixed veggies had Broccoli and cheese plus had a toss salad with light ranch 1/2 roll
S: Frozen banana slices - Yes drizzled with SF Caramel / 100 cal snack - instead 120 cal  Cereal dry
64 oz. of water - No, should have 48 oz in before I go to bed

Paige / Karla have a safe trip home
