Good morning!  I have to work late tonight, but that's okay because my spring break will start at 11:00 tomorrow!!!! So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

D: leftover poblano soup from lunch
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning. I'm ready for tomorrow too, even though my spring break will start a couple of hours later than yours! I sure hope you haven't totally messed up your spring break karma by NOT eating fish tonight for dinner!

Here's my plan:

120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
L: Italian beef/veggie tortellini soup...yes
D: Mexican pot roast w/ veggies...yes
S: greek yogurt w or w/o fruit...yes

Already exercised this morning because I got up earlier than normal. Took all vits and supplements but calcium....all done
