B: Ham and cheese omelet
L: Chicken breast / asparagus / mashed pototoes
D: eating out - chicken something
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 150 cal snack

64 oz of water.

I was so rushed this morning I didn't even realize I had not posted until I got to work!!!

Plan:
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: poblano soup
S: Rt 44 DCL
S: Starbucks light mocha frap
D: shrimp and tilapia
S: McD SF iced coffee
