Good morning! I'm dragging today... didn't get home from wor****il almost 8:30 last night. Sure was hard to get up this morning!!! So what are your plans today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!
Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: 4 mini quiche bites
L: enchilada soup
D: parm tilapia and sweet potato fries
S: WW ice cream cone
~Paige~ -155lbs (lovin' my band)
At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here's my plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
added lg sf vanilla iced coffee from McDonalds
L: Beef/veggie Tortellini soup...yes
D: Mexican pot roast w/ veggies...had bbq cornbread and pinto beans instead
S: greek yogurt or Skinny cow ice cream bar...not sure yet
Did elliptical this morning and took vits and supplements but calcium....all done

I know exactly how you feel, Paige. I did not sleep at all last night, either. I'm heading out of town this evening and my mind was just racing last night. I kept thinking of all the things I needed to do at home & at work. I'm a mess today.
Lent started for me today and I'm giving up any/all process sugar, flour & trail mix.
Today's Plan:
- Make it to 5pm without passing out.
