Good morning!  Going to be a long day for me as we have Open House tonight.  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: 4 mini quiche bites
L: enchilada soup
D: parm tilapia and sweet potato fries
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning! Ready for a (hopefully) peaceful day to work at school. The next 3 days are "mock" TAKS test days for Math, Science and Social Studies in the mornings so I should be set.

Here is my plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...just about done
B: protein latte...yes
L: shrimp/veggie salad w/ light Caesar dressing...yes
D: BBQ cornbread and pinto beans...yes
S: greek yogurt/fruit...will do later

I already rode my bike this morning. Will do wts and crunches when I get home....all done! All vits and supplements taken too.

Dear WLS Pals,

Today has been a struggle.  Lots going on at the office + I wrapped up the my last OH Support Group Leader Training. (Soooo happy to finally mark that off my to do list, today)  Short work week for me at the office, because of Vivian's birthday party, so I'm "heads-down" trying to squeeze one weeks worth of work into 3 days.  (Not an easy task)

REALIZATION:  Going home (Rio Grande Valley for daughter's b'day party) has put a lot of stress on me.  Lots of pressure to spend time with so many friends and family.  People please in me goes nuts and my food gets messy.

Today's Plan:
- Pray
- Vitamins
- Day 2 Liquids (having a hard time)
- Rest

To Do list too long, today.
