Good morning!  It’s Monday and once again the weekend is over before it had a chance to begin!!  Going to think happy thoughts that this week goes by quickly so that Spring Break can begin!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: Click
L: 4 mini quiche bites/ tapioca pudding
D: Island BBQ tilapia and sweet potato fries
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning.  Can't wait for the week to fly by...let Spring Break begin Friday afternoon!

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
S: unjury chicken broth
L: leftover shrimp/broccoli/pb2 stir fry
D: Mexican roast and veggies
S: greek yogurt

I already did elliptical this morning and took vits/supplements.

Short week for me at the office and I'm swamped.  I have tons on my To Do list.

So far so good on my plan for today:  Day 1 of 5 Day Pouch Test

- Lots and Lots of water
- Planned eating - liquids
- 30 min. exercise @ The Y

- OA meeting
