Good morning!  The weekend is in full swing and the sun is out!!  Not sure if it will be as cold as yesterday but at least it's not raining!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: 4 mini quiche bites
D: Island BBQ tilapia and sweet potato fries
S: WW ice cream cone

Good afternoon.  Never had time to check OH this morning, but was getting ready for church by the time it got posted anyway!

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...gotta kick up the drinking right now; church throws me off schedule

B: protein latte
S: McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
L: 1 serving turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. mozzarella 2/ pancetta & 1/2 serving Kellogg's special K wheat crackers
D: BBQ cornbread (Steph gave me the recipe)
S: greek yogurt something

Will do elliptical in a bit or zumba dvd's

took vits and supplements already.
