D: Flounder and half a sweet potato

Good morning. Have to stay on track today...shouldn't be a problem. Here's my plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...working on it
B: protein latte...yes
L: chef salad w/ lite dressing or ff/0 calorie dressing...yes
D: don't know yet...guess I better thaw something out...shrimp/broccoli veggie stir fry
S: greek yogurt...hopefully!
Exercise: bike, elliptical, zumba or walk in park...haven't decided and depends on the weather and time constraints after housecleaning...got in my park walk/run and the housecleaning
Took vits and supplements but calcium already....all done even calcium
