Good morning!  The weekend is almost here but a little bummed about the weekend weather report... rain and cooler temps.  I know we need the rain but was looking forward to some outdoor activities this weekend.  Oh well... might end up being an R&R weekend instead!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: poblano soup with chicken
D: Tilapia and sweet potato fries
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning!  I have to clean the  house tomorrow so I guess rain will be okay...we do need it.  My new plants/flowers I planted last weekend need some more and I know that's better than tap water on them.  I'm hoping I might get in a walk at the park in the morning before it starts raining.

My plan:

120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
L: cream cheese chicken
D: Italian something...with salad and will pick out protein and eat...no more than 1 piece of bread if I can't resist
S: greek yogurt

Did elliptical already this morning...love the built in workout modes that I've just started using this week.

Took vits and supplements already...just need calcium.

Going to be a liquids only kind of day. Crud has got me pretty good. That is as much of a plan as I can do today.

Hi Ladies,

I could use some sun too.  Might help me get out of this funk.  I'm on overload and stuggling w/ my food.

Anyhow...today's plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Take all my vitamins
- Drink lots of water
- Healty planned eating
- R&R w/ Family
